As I said in my report of yesterday's Community Shield win, Jeremie Aliadiere continues to look every bit the perfect replacement for Franny Jeffers. He's got another injury-hit season ahead of him.
Arsenal have confirmed that the injury suffered in yesterday's match is a ruptured anterior cruciate (knee) ligament. This means he'll be out of the game for a few months at least. |
