The long-term worries about Freddie Ljungberg appear to be over. He has seen a specialist and although he'll be missing the Portsmouth game on Sunday he should be back for the visit of Fulham on Boxing Day.
Freddie had a massive migraine attack before the Rosenborg match last week, and has only just resumed light training . This led to the club getting him to see a specialist and to panicky reports in the press. Understandable, I suppose, that when the words "brain scan" are mentioned some people assume the worst. But I know from personal experience that it can take a good while to recover from a big attack, migraines are not just headaches. |
