The injuries in Arsenal's first team squad is a major worry less than a week before the new season starts. Online Mirror printed this rundown on Tuesday:
David Seaman out for a month with a calf strain.
Tony Adams out for a month after a hernia operation.
Marc Overmars out for two weeks with a groin injury.
Dennis Bergkamp has missed pre-season training with a groin injury.
Alex Manninger doubtful for Sunday's game because of a 'dead leg'.
Manager Arsène Wenger says: "It's very worrying. I've never known a pre-season like this." |
