Silly season isn't over. It's obvious after the Sunday Express claims Arsenal manager Arsène Wenger have promised Steve McManaman to 'end his Real hell' or 'rescue him from Real Madrid' or whatever. Meanwhile, Tribal Football suggest that Barcelona have offered their Argentinian star Juan Roman Riquelme to Arsenal, Manchester United and Middlesbrough, hoping to send him away on loan. These stories appears one and a half day after the very same Wenger telling the press that there'll be no more major signings this summer. Anyway, the deadline for entering the squad members for the UEFA Champions League is August 7... so we have to live with all the rumours until then.
