Ghana's Youth World Cup star Peter Ofori-Quaye tries to start his very own transfer rumour. In an interview with Sportsweb the 19-year-old striker says "I'd like to play for either Manchester United or Arsenal" he tells Sportsweb.
The teenager currently plays for Greek league leaders Olympiakos Piraeus, and have made several UEFA Champions League appearances. He was already in the Ghana team who finished fourth in the Under-20 World Cup in Malaysia in 1997, and in the last weeks he has starred for his country in Nigeria. Ghana lost the quarter-final to Spain on penalties. "The rate of club soccer development is high in England, that's why I want to continue my club career there," Ofori-Quaye says. |
