Various sources are reporting these last days Arsenal are monitoring one Marseille player. Marseille are used twice a season to off-load players to get fresh money in order to bring in new faces and the "Mercato d' hiver" as it is known in France begins by mid-december. It' s not Fabrizio R. who is said to join our friends of N17 for GBP2m but could be (breathe in) midfielders Peter Luccin (nasty player AW is keeping one eye on for the last two seasons), Stéphane Dalmat (we met last year during his short spell with RC Lens) or William Gallas (who can play left-back or CB). All of them are due to meet their u-21 Italian counterparts next sunday alongside Thierry Henry although still injuried and one certain Nicolas A. |
