Arsenal manager Arsène Wenger has reportedly claimed
that while he'd like to sign Tottenham defender Sol Campbell,
he has not made any enquiries, because he believes that
Campbell's moving to Old Trafford in the summer is a foregone
conclusion.
There's another reason not to bother: the player himself confirmed on Friday that he'd never contemplate moving to
Arsenal (but that Old Trafford sounds tempting...) |
