Everton's former England U21 striker Francis Jeffers has been linked with Arsenal, Manchester United and Leeds. The 20-year-old has turned down an offer to be the Liverpool club's top earner, according to the Telegraph.

Jeffers' current contract expires after next season, and the deal he turned down was for five more years with a total salary of GBP 8 million.

Arsenal are Jeffers' preferred choice, according to Soccernet.
