Various media sources and the official Everton web site are reporting that Arsenal have signed Francis Jeffers from Everton for a reported £10m fee (£8m now, the rest later). Yet to be confirmed by the club, but AFC are reported to be holding a news conference at 7pm this evening. See this Sporting Life story for more.
