Silvinho looks set to join Celta Vigo in Spain's Primera Liga this week. Spanish coach Victor Fernandez is looking for a lefty to complete his defence, and they don't come much better than Arsenal's Brazilian international.

The 27-year-old is sold partly because Ashely Cole has taken his place, and partly to balance the books somewhat after Arsène Wenger's summer spending spree.

No fee is mentioned at World Soccer.
