Arsenal are looking at Greek international striker Angelos Charisteas, according to press reports. The 22-year-old scored Greece's first goal in the recent 2-2 draw against England. The Ethnos newspaper claims that Arsenal have watched Charisteas several times, and will see him play for Aris Saloniki again this weekend. Another Greek, defender Stathis Tavlaridis, was signed by Arsenal earlier this season. |
