Top Italian clubs are chasing Fredrik Ljungberg, according to
Tribal Soccer. AC Milan and Juventus are believed to lead the pack. Ljungberg is set to star for Sweden in the World Cup, and that might beef up the asking price, if Arsenal are interested in selling. That might be less likely after manager Arsène Wenger has hailed Freddie as Arsenal's most improved player the last three years.
Rupe adds...
while we're on the subject of Freddie, can anyone tell us and Mark, who took this picture of him and his (Mark's) daughter Hannah at the Junior Gunners' Xmas Party,
why Freddie's shirt in it appears to say "David Lee Broth" instead of "...Roth" ?
