According to Soccernet, four Arsenal youngsters have been loaned to Belgian "little sister" club Beveren, as of Monday.
The players are Liam Chilvers, John Halls, Steven Sidwell,
and Graham Stack.
The fourth is the most interesting, given the sale of Richard Wright to Everton today. Stack would be Arsenal's number 3 keeper.
We must stress that until there's some other confirmation of this information, it should be taken with a pinch of salt.
Jo Osei-Kuffour and Jerome Thomas were rumoured to have been loaned to Beveren earlier this month, only for them to deny it
(see here).
Rupe adds...
...and here is that
confirmation. The official Bevereren website announces the
arrival of the quartet, complete with picture of them clearly
having a thrilling time. Thanks go to Gareth Williams for the link.
And a further update (from Lucas). It seems that all 4 played
this evening in a friendly against French 2nd div side Wasquehal. Chilvers scored the Beveren goal in a 1-1 draw.
