London's ITV station support Man Utd (again) by Rupe

this is story 22 of 62 in this topic to date
Carlton, so-called ITV station for London and the SE, chose to show Man Utd this week instead of Arsenal, and must recognise that their thrashing of Sturm Graz made for poor TV compared with our exciting finish against AIK. Ally McCoist even went so far as to admit it on air.

Well, as you probably know by now they're doing it again next week, having decided to show United vs Marseilles instead of our trip to Barcelona (widely agreed to be one of the most attractive ties of this first stage of the competition).

Many ArseWeb readers have written to us expressing their disgust and forwarding their experiences of complaining to Carlton. Please see the preview page for Barce vs Arse for more, including details of how you can register your displeasure with Carlton (plus ITV generally and in other regions - it's not just gooners in London nor indeed just gooners at all who are fed up with the current competition between TV stations to see who can get furthest up Man Utd's arse). If you can, please ring them. They have an obligation to record and pass on phone complaints to the broadcasting authorities.

Please keep telling us your experiences of Carlton and their responses (it sounds like they're getting pretty sick of Arsenal fans ringing them, so keep it up but please keep your cool even if they don't!). But please note that I've already had so many emails that it won't be possible for me to reply to everyone. The good news is that if I've been inundated, Carlton will too, and more so. And they have an obligation to take note!
