So far the majority of comments about the proposed new Arsenal stadium coming from local residents have been negative.
Residents in favour of the move will hopefully be heard more
coherently from now on, as some of them have set up an organisation called "YES! The campaign to Keep
Arsenal in Islington". They've asked ArseWeb to advertise their
email address to help co-ordinate those in favour of the proposals, so here it is gunners@islington-yes.fsnet.co.uk. Please get in touch with them if you're
sympathetic to their cause.
If you're not sure, try to make it to a meeting or two, and
keep up with the news via this NewsReel and this web forum which has plenty of interesting views and debate. This is an issue which will affect all Arsenal fans to some extent, and all regular match-goers to a huge extent. You might doubt that your opinion will count for much. It could count for
something, but only if it's heard.
