Arsenal's stadium plans may be subject for a case in the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. Two residents unhappy with the £400million project have applied to have their case heard there, after all the British courts have rubber-stamped the proposed stadium at Ashburton Grove. The residents claim that the club have withheld information that may have convinced Islington Council to turn down the construction plans. The two residents have enlisted the help of EarthRights solicitors, Ananova reports.
