Despite positive news earlier in the week, it now looks like
both Tony Adams and David Seaman will miss
tomorrow's match at home to Derby County.
Seaman is over the shoulder injury which has kept him out recently, but has picked up a sprained ankle in training which could
keep him out for anohter 3 weeks.
Manninger is still not ready to come back from his knee ligament problem, so expect to see young Johnnny Lukic between the sticks tomorrow.
AdamsLauren aggravated a knee problem against Shakhtar and Pires isn't back yet from his hamstring trouble. But the return of Vieira and Grimandi (on his 30th birthday) should make the midfield strong enough to deal with the mighty Rams.
It's worth noting that keeping a clean sheet against fellow-strugglers West Ham on Monday was seen as a remarkable result for Derby.
See match preview for more.
