Richard Wright's injury means the the ex-tractor boy
misses the trip to Portman Road this weekend. And
with Seaman out for longer, Stuart Taylor's surprise
spell between the sticks carries on.
Adams and Dixon could both be back before the New Year,
but in the meantime Keown returns to the squad
(having played against Grimsby in midweek) so we should
bve strong enough at the back.
Up front Sylvain Wiltord is injured, so with Jeffers out,
it'll be Kanu or Bergkamp
to partner Henry. Kanu deserves another game after his
good showing against Man Utd.
Ipswich have top striker Marcus Stewart out.
So Alun Armstrong may partner Marcus Bent, but
Armstrong is only rated 50-50 with a tight
hamstering. Alternatives include Richard Naylor
and Darren Bent.
Finidi George could return from his cheek fracture
having been given the all clear to play again.
And Titus
Bramble could also return after being out with
his calf. Mark Venus and Sixto Peralta also return.
