Not content with trying to wind up Derby Alex Ferguson has followed Bobby Robson's lead in criticising the FA for delaying Patrick Vieira and Thierry Henry's hearings.
Ferguson claims that had one of his players done what Henry had done they'd have been handed a lengthy ban on the spot. That would explain the fact that none of his players received any punishment for their outburst at Andy D'Urso a few years back after he dared to award Middlesbrough a penalty at Old Trafford!
The United manager also says: "If we (United) win the title we will have done it in the right way".
The implication is that David Dein has brought his influence to bear on the FA and handed Arsenal an unfair advantage in the race for the title. Pretty serious allegations, but don't expect either Ferguson or Robson to get into trouble for making them.
