As reported previously, Lauren Keown and Parlour are all
definitely unavailable.
According to Arsenal.com's preview, Campbell has had a fitness test and is now rated at 50-50 for tomorrow. Wenger indicates that Igors Stepanovs will eb the one to come in if Sol can't play.
Wenger also says that he did not bring Matty Upson back early from his loan spell at Reading, to help cope with Sol's potential absence, because he doesn't want to pair Upson with Cygan (them both being left-sided). Upson is due to return to Arsenal in December.
Patrick Vieira is available again, having served his suspension
for his assessment of Andy D'Urso.
Newcastle will be missing Craig Bellamy, who is expected to be back
from injury in time to at least be on the bench for next week's
Champs League match, but not in time for the Arsenal game.
Laurent Robert is also out, having fractured a cheekbone in the
Worthless Cup defeat to Everton. And Central defender Andy O'Brian is out with a back problem.
Rupe adds...
(Saturday) Apparently O'Brien was back in training yesterday and
has a good chance of starting the match alongside Dabizas.
