New signing Silvinho made a good start to his Arsenal
career today, setting up the opener for Freddi Ljungberg,
creating 2 more chances for others, and having a good effort of
his own saved.
Chris Wreh (yes he's still here) extended the lead after
18 minutes, but County got one back before half time.
The second half was goal-less, thanks to a good save from third-choice
Arsenal keeper John Lukic, and to the post which denied
our Jermaine Pennant. Good to see a 16-year old getting
the chance to play in these matches. "If you're good enough,
you're old enough," don't they say...?
