Arsenal vice-chairman David Dein, who together with manager Arsène Wenger is responsible for the club's transfers, intends to start an international campaign to place more restrictions on player agents. According to this Sky Sports report, Dein will work through UEFA and FIFA channels to make sure that agents and representatives acting for players
can't unsettle players or encourage them to break their contracts. Chelsea chairman Ken Bates agrees, and supports Dein in this Soccernet story.
