The BBC reports that David Platt's reign at
Sampdoria looks to be over almost before it began.
Italian football authorities have told Sampdoria to get rid of him because of his lack of coaching qualifications or
experience, and that they'll be fined if
Platt takes a single training session.
This is not the kind
of overhead that Samp president Enrico Mantovani had in mind :-)
