What's that on your shirt?? Sega, the Japanese games company who so kindly signed a whopping cheque made payable to Arsenal FC over the summer, will be causing many a giggle in the Champions League.
As we posted ages ago, the word 'Sega' is Italian for 'w*nk' (not wink, ahem) - it's true, we checked. The Champions League draw put Arsenal (red shirts) and Fiorentina (purple shirts) in the same group, so we'll be playing them home and away - and at some point, Arsenal will have to change to wearing the yellow away tops, which proudly display the offending word in big, navy blue letters. Expect much hilarity in Italy that night.
Incidentally, Sega have just announced that the Dreamcast machine will be delayed by 3 weeks, due to extended testing of its built-in Internet functions. Well, Sega actually say they have 'reconfirmed' the date, but we know what they mean.
