| Agents cleared over Pennant transfer |

Football agent Skye Andrew is set to be cleared by a Premier League panel, following accusations of improper behaviour in the transfer of Jermaine Pennant from Notts County to Arsenal. Andrew and fellow agent Mark Curtis have been accused of breaching rules following allegations that the young player's father received an envelope with cash on an M1 service station. According to the Evening Standard, the panel have recommended to the Premier League board that all charges against the two agents be dropped. Arsenal Football Club have not been accused of improper behaviour in this case.
