According to Tuesday's Evening Standard, our occasionally reliable Ukrainian defender Oleg 'don't call me Horse, call me Moose' Luzhny has summoned a Ukrainian Catholic priest to bless his new home in Barnet.
It's usually a 10 minute ceremony, apparently, involving the sprinkling of holy water, and chanting of a few chants - presumably a little more saintly than those usually chanted in Luzhny's vicinity... and I include the one about the Pope (and a visit by our local rivals).
The Standard's Martin Chilton struggles to turn this one fact into a full story, but congrats for the headline of the day: 'Oleg's new exorcise routine'. |
