An extraordinary stpry from the Sun today tells of a ticket tout,
arrested selling tickets outside Highbury, whose case was dismissed by the judge on the grounds that no evidence was
presented that Arsenal were a Premiership club!
The judge also said he hadn't heard of Arsenal. The case was being heard in Highbury magistrates court, half a mile from the ground.
Incidentally, of interest to travelling fans without tickets
is the information that he was trying to sell a £25 ticket to the Man City match for £75. Here's to a bigger stadium! |
