Arsenal has emerged as the 'most expensive matchday experience' in England, according to a survey by the Nationwide BS.
They calculated the cost of a match ticket, pre-match pint, burger and Bovril at half time, plus a programme and fanzine - and at £40.80, Highbury came out on top of their league of shame.
The exact method of calculation isn't revealed in the info we've seen - but according to the Press Association, they worked off an average Highbury ticket price of £32... eh? That's the price of the most expensive ticket in the ground (North Bank Upper, centre)!
Nationwide BS. And you thought BS stood for Building Society.
