Arsène Wenger has won (in a manner of speaking) his appeal against the 12 match touchline ban imposed in the wake of the tunnel incident at Sunderland in the first game of the season. Le Boss was cleared of the charge of threatening behaviour. However, not surprisingly the FA couldn't admit to a complete mistake and the three man commission have found him guilty of misconduct, and imposed a £10000 fine.
