It does cost, but at less than 10p per day we hope you'll find it worthwhile. We've been looking into SMS for a while now and this deal seems to be the best that's available at the moment.

There are free services out there (see phone pages) but they only send you Arsenal scores and results (the one you can get through AFCi also sends occasional snippets of news).

But as far as we're aware there's nothing to date like the service we're launching now.

You won't just get Arsenal scores, but all the full and half-time scores from the Premiership (sent by thepenaltybox.co.uk, who are running the service), plus a selection of the biggest news stories from Arseweb.

It comes to £30.00 per year, payable by cheque, standing order, or online credit card.

We need a good take-up to make it viable, so please tell your internet-free friends, and help them sign up.

The service is available internationally, although there are a few networks in a few countries that may have problems (see thePenaltybox site for info).
