Even though most of the headlines have been focused on Teddy Sheringham after the PFA award ceremony, there were several plaudits going Arsenal's way. Three players represent the club in the players' union's select XI for the season 2000/01. Silvinho is selected at left back, Patrick Vieira in central midfield and Thierry Henry, third overall in the vote, as a striker. Details at arsenal.com. |
