Many thanks to ArseWeb reader Eugene Conway, for forwarding
confirmation of Arsenal's trip to Austria in the summer.
It appears (according to the Austrian FA, who emailed Eugene) that Arsenal will be playing in Salzburg against
SV Wüstenrot on August 1st. The trip will presumably
involve one or two other matches in that part of Europe.
Austrian (or holidaying) gooners might want to check out
the club's website, although I couldn't find anything
there yet about the match.
