UEFA have published the new Champions' League squads on their website. Arsenal's can be found here, and the Gunners have added Edu and young Danish defender Sebastian Svard. Interestingly Stepanovs has not been included, which would seem to imply that he is ineligible having earlier played in a qualifying CL game for Skonto Riga, contrary to Rupe's earlier report of UEFA's take on the matter. Unless Arsenal have decided they don't need Stepanovs, which seems unlikely.
The list still numbers 28, so presumably includes a number of 'B' list players (those under 21 who've been at the club more than 2 years) - these would be Cole, Barrett, Taylor, Pennant and Halls.
Mendez has been removed from the previous list, as have Wreh, Vernazza and Weston who have all since left the club.
