Arsenal have been drawn in group A, along with
Borussia Dortmund
PSV Eindhoven
Auxerre
Liverpool face Valencia, Spartak Moscow, and Basel (who put Celtic out) in group B.
Man Utd have Leverkusen, Olympiakos, and Maccabi Haifa in group F.
Newcastle have Juventus, Feyenoord, and Dynamo Kiev in group E.
This means that Arsenal's games will clash with Liverpool's,
and the sequence will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Wednesday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Tuesday. Our first match will be on Tuesday 17th September.

We now await the annual decision by Carlton to show
Liverpool instead of Arsenal. They're going to have to
wait till the second stage before they'll get the opportunity to
show Man Utd instead of Arsenal, poor things.
