According to Sky Sports David Seaman has had an "unspecified minor problem" but should be ok to start. Edu though picked up a knock in his substitute appearance on Sunday so Wenger is expected to stick with the midfield that started against Charlton.

Dortmund boss Matthias Sammer is expected to play Joerg Heinrich in place of their star playmaker Rosicky. Also in midfield will be German international Torsten Frings who was rested on Saturday.

Christian Woerns came off at the weekend with a swollen knee, but has travelled and is hopeful to play.

Up front there will probably be the pairing of Ewerthon (Brazil) and Jan Koller (Czech). The other Brasilian, Amoroso, is out with a long-term injury.

The only other Dortmund player most Gooners will recognise is Nigerian Sunday Oliseh.
