UEFA don't have rules on this as such (unlike, for example, domestic cup games in this country, where the rules force clubs to give a percentage of seats to away fans and thus we get kicked out of the Clock End now and then). Instead, they expect the clubs to come to an arrangement. But there is a right to appeal which Arsenal are now exercising.

Barcelona are claiming that more than 100000 season ticket holders will want to claim their seats for the game. But 100000 off of 120000 leaves rather more than 1400, doesn't it?
