Barcelona boss Louis van Gaal has admitted that the penalty given by Swiss ref Urs Meier at Wembley on Tuesday night (as opposed to the countless penalties he didn't give) was an incorrect decision.
He reckons that video replays would eliminate this margin for error. 'From the bench it was a clear penalty but the television replay shows it wasn't,' PA quotes him. 'Referees must be helped to control matches with technology.' |
