Tough cup draw: away to Bolton by Rupe

Arsenal will travel to Bolton Wanderers for the 4th round of the FA Cup, With no all-Premiership 3rd round ties, and only 2 top-flight teams going out (so far!) a Premiership draw was always a strong possibility, but it has to be said that this is one of the toughest around. Personally I'd have preferred almost anyone else. Of course, the same could probably be said from Bolton's perspective.

The 4th round will be played on the weekend of January 28/29, and there has to be a good chance that our game will be picked for telly.

It's been a particularly tricky ground for us in recent years, and we've lost our last 2 Premiership matches there. But we did win 1-0 at the Reebok in the FA Cup last year, so maybe it's not so bad.

Other interesting ties include Chelsea having to travel to either Millwall or Everton, Liverpool going to Portsmouth, and Blackburn Rovers against West Ham. A special mention to Leicester City, who gave Tottenham a 2-0 start on Sunday and whose reward is a home tie against Southampton.

Full draw:

Stoke or Tamworth vs Barnsley or Walsall
Cheltenham or Chester vs   Newcastle;
Coventry vs Nuneaton or Middlesbrough
West Brom or Reading vs Torquay or Birmingham
Portsmouth vs Liverpool
Leicester vs Southampton
Bolton vs Arsenal
Aston Villa vs Port Vale
Brentford vs Sunderland
Manchester City vs Wigan or Leeds
Millwall or Everton vs Chelsea
Preston vs C. Palace
West Ham vs Blackburn Rovers
Colchester vs Derby
Charlton vs Leyton Orient
Wolves vs Burton Albion or Man. United.
