Any number of different conspiracy theories can be drawn from the news that Nigeria are to face the Japanese national team in a friendly to be staged in London in October... according to Super Eagles coach Jo Bonfrere.
Obviously Wembley's out, so it could be Highbury, White Hart Lane, Stamford Bridge, Upton Park, Selhurst, The Valley, The Den, The Cottage, Loftus Road... hey, maybe Brisbane Road? Underhill?
On the bright side, at least it shouldn't mean the absence of one Kanu from the Arsenal side for too long. But it does mean M Wenger will almost certainly be seen with officials from the Japanese FA - leading to the usual rumours on that front. Great.
