Leicester City have given a trial to 18 year old defender/midfielder Alfie Kamara. Although originally from the Ivory Coast like Kolo Toure, he has played for England Youth. He's highly rated, but looks likely to leave now. The Foxes were expected to play him in their reserve match tonight (they beat Fulham 2-1 but there are no reports as yet).

Liam Chilvers' loan spell at Colchester United has been extended. The 21-year old defender has been there for a month, and has impressed them in his 4 games. His loan expires after their game at the weekend but Colchester have secured his services for another month.

And Ben Chorley, who has been told he'll be released by Arsenal, is looking likely to join "Wimbledon". The 20-year old has been on trial there and is expected to be offered a contract this week.

And here's another. Like Chorley, 18 year-old striker Michael Gordon is on trial at "MK Clubthieves" or whatever they're going to call themselves, with a view to a permanent move.
