Troubled Liverpool and England striker Robbie Fowler is still a target for Arsenal, according to speculation in the Times.
Fowler signed a new five-year contract at Anfield only a few months ago, but controversial incidents on and off the field may persuade Liverpool manager Gérard Houllier to listen to offers - perhaps from countryman Arsène Wenger.
