Norwich City boss Nigel Worthington has dismissed speculation that he's looking to sign Martin Keown, saying that Martin would probably want more money than they could afford. Could be a smokescreen, after all with Martin being a free agent there would be transfer fee.
West Brom's Gary Megson is said to be still be in the chase, with one of Martin's other old clubs Everton also being mentioned.
Wolves are also reported to be interested, with Pennant and Bentley also linked to the midlands outfit. But all 3 would presumably prefer Premiership action if at all possible.
Other possibilities for Martin could include Pompey and Birmingham, both of whom's bosses have expressed admiration. |
