David Bentley has chosen to go to Norwich for his loan year. He says that the reasons for picking that club in particular included the fact that the club is on a high having won the first division last year. Let's hope for his sake that they're still on a high come Christmas.
He was also impressed with the Canaries' manager had to say, and the fact that he hails from East Anglia himself may have helped him make his mind up too. It's not clear if any other clubs had made concrete offers, although Bolton and Wolves had both been said to be interested.
