As predicted, Steve Bould's illustrious Arsenal career
has come to an end, with a move to Sunderland for an
undisclosed fee believed to be less than £1million. Steve will
miss out on an imminent testimonial at Arsenal, but let's hope a
friendly with Sunderland can be sorted out for him at some point.
Obviously it's sad to see a great man go, but understandable that
a layer of his quality wants a few more games in the twilight of
his career. Best of luck, Steve.
Let's hope this at least makes the promising Upson more happy with his lot.
