It looks like the talk of offers for Anelka from other Italian clubs may
be having the desired effect on Lazio. They're said to be refusing to
up their offer of £20million, but may be willing to throw a player in
on top of that. Names in the hat include Fernando Couto, Alen Boksic,
Pavel Nedved, and Kennet Andersson.
But not, apparently, Marcelo Salas.
