Arsenal and Brentford "have exchanged transfer arrangements" about reserve team striker Tommy Black, according to Bees owner-manager Ron Noades. The Bees hoped to have completed the GBP 500,000 deal last week - but 20 year old Black still hasn't decided whether to move to Griffin Park, Sporting Life reports. Black got his first team debut for Arsenal when he started against Middlesbrough in the League Cup on November 30th.
