Amid a frenzy of rumours about who will leave Arsenal and who will come in, another persistent rumour is repeated: Frank and Ronald de Boer playing at Highbury.

The Dutch international twins have been linked with Arsenal numerous times in the last four or five years. They are now squad players in Barcelona under their former Ajax coach Louis van Gaal.

According to the Sporting Life website, a transfer may include Marc Overmars going the other way, as he is said to be van Gaal's main transfer target in the summer. The three Dutch players also share the same agent.
