According to the official West Ham site, the East London side have completed the signing of Davor Suker on a free transfer. He has apparently signed a 2 year deal and taken another cut in wages.
With Bergkamp, Henry and Kanu ahead of him in the strikers pecking order, Super Dav had limited opportunities during his year at Arsenal, but nonetheless had a creditable scoring record, particularly earlier in the season, and his admirable attitude while at the club will mean most Arsenal fans will be sorry to see him go. |
