According to the report, the German international defender's current club Hertha Berlin have admitted that they can't stop the player leaving in the summer.

His agent (aha!) says that Rehmer got to know Arsenal's training facilities when the German squad was allowed to use them before the England match last October, and also suggests that Rehmer could make a trip to London to speak to Arsene Wenger next week.
