It looks like Sol Campbell will not be coming to Highbury - unless he significantly drops his wage demand.
Arsene Wenger has been quoted as saying: "We won't pay anyone £100,000 a week. You have to be sensible." And with Sol apparently looking for £130k every seven days, it looks like the Highbury Wage Structure has struck again.
And if you're holding your breath this summer for a Mega Signing, look away now. Wenger went on to say: "We want to build a big team, but you don't have to do it with the biggest players." So no Zidane then, guys.
